   These terms of use apply for all companies forming part of NOE-Schaltechnik Georg Meyer-Keller GmbH + Co. KG (hereinafter collectively referred to as "NOE").

   NOE gives no warranties in relation to the accuracy and correctness of the information. NOE accepts no liability or responsibility for errors or omissions in the content of the technical documentation (in particular data sheets, installation instructions, manuals, test records, laboratory data sheets etc.). All the information made available in the technical documentation is provided without any warranty, express, implied or implied. However, NOE always strives to update the information and contents at appropriate intervals. NOE reserves the right to change, correct or improve the information and products described in this information at any time without prior notice, in so far this is reasonable for the user.
